Insperity Time and Attendance is seeking a dynamic and technology-saavy individual to fill an open position as a Software Application Consultant. In this position, you will work in a team environment to perform implementation and training, as well as ongoing support of Insperity Time and Attendance's enterprise-class workforce management software solutions. You will work at the company’s Madison (WI) headquarters and at customer sites around the United States. As a Software Application Consultant, you will report to the Director of Professional Services and interface regularly with Insperity Time and Attendance's Project Management, Engineering and Sales teams to complete system implementations and provide the highest level of ongoing customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience implementing payroll, human resource and/or time & attendance business applications is preferred, but not required. Successful track record of guiding customers through business application configuration and bringing implementation projects to closure on-time and in budget while exceeding the customer's expectations is a big plus.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, conducting needs analysis meetings, assisting organizations with their evaluation plan and closing deals that result in high quality projects.
